Some clips will download in clip browser, others won't.
I've seen several threads on getting info off of SxS cards, but this is a little different. My latest problem, this has popped up over the last week, is having 5 clips, 2 will download in clip browser and the other 3 won't. The clips which will not download appear, they will play fine with the viewer, but the import button is grayed out.

Thread title changed from " helpppppppp!!" to "some clips will download in clip browser, others won't." Please avoid ambiguous thread titles -- thanks in advance,

I had a problem similar to this once, a long time ago, i uninstalled then reinstalled clip browser and that cured it.

I would try the uninstall reinstall method as well. However you probably should just go ahead and copy the data manually. Go to your card and copy the BPAV folder over to a folder on your hard drive. If this fails then let us know.

The "Import" button may be greyed out because you've downloaded them already???
Try this! Select one of the clips you can't import. Move the start (or end) marker (at the bottom of the clip browser's viewing window) EVER so slightly in...then try and import. The "Import" button should now function! :-)
