Converting HD 1080 60i to SD Pal? at DVinfo.net

Im editing a short news piece in FCP that I shot on XDCAM EX SP 1080 60i mode but needs to be converted to Pal 25fps 720x576 that can be played in a Windows Media Player.
This is the requested format from the client. I had shot in 60i thinking that the final version would be SD 60i but only found out later it would be 50i Pal.

I cant think of a more difficult situation to be converting something. HD to SD, Quicktime to wmv format for Windows. NTSC 60i to Pal 50i.

Just need a simple conversion method. Any help would be appreciated.
