EX 3 to Avid Media Composer Adrenaline
Hey Everybody,
I'm trying to import footage from my EX-3 into an Avid Media Composer Adrenaline. I've exported my clips from Clip browser as MXF for NLE files and imported them into the Avid but the picture quality is horrific. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thanks in advance for any help. Darryl Murphy |

Attention Mods, please don't move this into the Avid section as it's already been posted there with no replies. It was posted here to get the attention of XDCAM EX Users that might be using Avid to edit their EX Footage on?
any help would be appreciated Thanks Shawn |

the green/yellow box?
When you first start a new Avid HD project, the default setting
is for draft playback quality. you might want to look at the bottom left corner of your timeline window. there you should see a box, colored either in Yellow, Green or half Green half Yellow. click this box until it tures green ONLY, then observe your footage again. let me know if that solved your problem. |

Thanks
Thanks for your help. It was indeed my draft quality setting and the footage looks like it should. Your help is much appreciated.
