I'll use my seatbelt analogy. You can spend years not wearing a seatbelt and go around attesting how fit you are and they are not really necessary. It only takes one car accident in a lifetime to be maimed or killed.

The difference between 99.9% and 100% success rate can be the difference between life and death. Lose a master, cover the cost of a reshoot, lost the client, damage your business. Are these risks a professional would take?
