Is OS X 10.5.6 incompatible with SxS Device Driver
Is it just me or has anyone else been experiencing difficulty installing XDCam SxS Device Driver on a Mac with OS X 10.5.6. Since installing SxS Device Driver in my new MacBookPro (late 2008), it now takes forever to start, even after fixing permissions.
Thanks

I believe that there was an update to the SxS driver to address slow boot times on the new MBPs.
I found the updated driver on Sony's Canadian support website. SXS Drivers |

The updated drivers work a real treat on my late 2008 15" Macbook Pro. Very fast Clip Browser transfer of the clips to my Lacie Rugged HDDs with both data protection and CRC check active from my 32Gb SxS cards.
