Advice on shooting a strobe light with EX1?

Hi!

OK, so I'm in a situation where Im shooting an assembly/demonstration video of a very small strobe light. Any recommendations if there is anything I can do to get rid of / minimize the problem of half exposed frames?

Shutter speed? FPS? Im pretty free to shoot it anyway I want and we only need one shot to demonstrate the strobe.

Use the slowest shutter speed you can get away with.
