My first attempt in the 'interview' field (ex1+lex)
I've learnt a lot shooting and editing it, and then reading some of the comments.
so now waiting for more ;) here it is: Interview with Daragh Dukes - updated on Vimeo shot with ex1 + lex (nikon 50mm & 135mm lenses)

I liked it, try to put the subject in non swivel chairs, frame tighter and less nose room, liked it though!

Problem I saw right away had to do with 'look space'. He is on frame right, and looking right. That's a bit of a compositional no-no. He is also looking a the floor a lot. He needed you or someone else standing/sitting left of camera for him to look at and direct his dialog to.
Just a thought for the next time around. -gb- |
