Splitting Folder in Clip Browser v.2
Hi. I was trying to split folder in clip browser v.2. It worked BUT, after splitting, the clip sequence number is not in order anymore. They are random. Is there a setting to do this properly. So that, inside folder number 1, are clip number 001, 002, and so on.
Thanks. |

They're often out of order after splitting. It's priority is based on file size since it doesn't break individual files. If you're splitting 16GB for DL-DVD (7.95 GB I believe). It'll come up with a combination that gets close to the target split size.
It's not a big deal because everything comes back in when I import to my NLE. You just have to make sure you're cataloging is accurate if you're looking for a specific clip. You can create a new folder and copy files In The Clip Browser manually but that's prone to error. |
