An easy approach to focus with EX1 LCD Monitor. A Cinetactics 1s40 Screen hoodie. In addition, wedge fit plastic food container to extend hood depth, remove base, paint interior flat black. See images.

Cone dimensions: Top 4 1/2" Diameter
Base 3 1/4" Diameter
Length 4 1/4"

This is very effective and costs nothing. For my tired eyes I have half frame prescription reading lenses. Problem solved.
