any idea when Clip Browser v.2 will be here? at DVinfo.net

Hi there,
Anyone have any ideas (the "end of June" and "first week of July" rumours obviously didn't pan out) as to when version 2 of the Clip Browser will be available?

Last I heard was from a Sony Exec at an EX3 event two weeks ago, who offered up release info without being asked. He said it should be available the first week of July, and if not then the second week. Obviously the first week is now in the rear view mirror, so here's hoping for the second week.

Well i'm currently just downloading the next clip browser version - v.1.1, which is the one you search i belive since I have'nt heard of the v2 yet.

I'm really expecting some nice HD to SD downconversion tools for ENG.

just got word from some at Sony Canada... Clip Browser version 2 should be available by "approximately" Wednesday (of this week).

That's great news. Has anybody confirmed the rumor that there will be some sort of SD export function in this release?
