EX-1 has S video out at DVinfo.net

The EX-1 has S video out. Use cable sony part #182315613. It looks like the cable that came with the camera but has an additional S video connector. The sony price is around $30. I got two new on e-bay for $6 each.

Looks like the right one. I'm looking for th connector to the cam to customise a short cable. Apparantly it is the same one that the HC1 uses.

Have you tried using it to record SD directly into another deck?
That would be interesting.
