Question

Why Not just do the DL DVD and Skip the whole HD bit? I Do not have an Ex1 but I have been following this thread so it just got me curious. Okay, So you shoot for a 8 to 10 hour day. every hour or Two (It obviously depends on how many SxS cards you have on hand) you off load your footage to the internal drive on the Mac or PC. Then clear the SxS cards. Make a burn folder of the footage and all the other stuff it has with it. Then burn the disc and now you have a disc of your footage and when you get home you delete the footage from that day. Now you have a copy of your footage on a disc and you can put that on the shelf.

What am I missing in this workflow?

Sorry I do not mean to hijack this thread just curious.
