Shooting feature film with EX1
Hey everyone,
We're shooting a feature film with the EX1 in about 10 days. We're going to use a 35mm lens adaptor and lenses to help with the DOF. I'll have a full report soon. We had several choices of camera, including the HPX3000 and even the F900, but this camera is great, small and affordable. Heath

Heath, please keep us posted, I'll be doing a feature over the summer with an EX1/Letus combo and I'd love to hear about your experience.

Talking to the DP about that tomorrow. I have to jump on this quickly--we're 10 days out! Just got the camera Thursday, and I'm going through it to make sure I've got the camera down pat. The DP doesn't need to know everything, but I want to give him tech support if he needs it.
Our DP is a great cinematographer and an even more amazing gaffer. He uses all sorts of digital cameras, but doesn't let all the tech stuff get to him or get in the way, which I respect. heath
