Format Error at DVinfo.net

I was shooting in SP mode so I could download to my editing system. While trying to correct a problem I reset everything and did not change back to my sp mode. How can I get HQ 1080i into a system that only handles HDV or SP 1080 60i?

I was told that Vegas 8 Pro would be able to switch the HQ to Sp. The upcomming version of clip browser 2.0 will allow a DV conversion also. Is this correct?
