Lens zoom range
My work requires me to not only shoot in close for over-roll but also to set up in the back of a room or hall to get a few minutes of sound from a podium. Will I find the lens on the EX-1 sufficient or lacking? I have shot with a demo once but it wasn't in real world kinds of situations.
Thanks for any feedback. |

Dave...the built in lens is terrific, but if you need more, these will be available next month.

Craig, have you ever noticed increasing CA or color fringing in the tele range of the EX1's lens? (Wolfgang Winne's uploaded tele shots showed CA, that's why I ask.)

Craig,
thanks...this EX-1 purchase were planning for early summer is both exciting and a little scary. I've never used an HD camera that I couldn't put one of several different lenses on. I'll include your 1.6 in the bid proposal. Dave |
