Hip Hop Music Video - EX1 + Letus35

Hey guys!

Did my first real music video last weekend and the edit is complete!
Shot with the EX1 and the Letus35 extreme with a Tamron 28-75mm f2.8.
Used one 2,5kw HMI with soft screen, one 600w hmi bounced and one 1kw tungsten for effects.

Check it out: http://skifilm.info/oyvind/ensom_720p_h264.mov

Flash version at www.oyvindstokkan.no (Will translate my site to english one of these days)

Comments and critics are greatly appreciated.

Oyvind, Excellent job !!

Did you do anything to adjust the color in post - it looks really good

I assume this is 24P ?

Was this shot 720 or 1080 ?

Hey!

Thanks. I used Magic Bullet Looks to grade it.
Used Bill's TC2 picture profile.

Shot in 720p25.

Very nice Oyvind.
I'm trying to get that flatter color, subdued look in some of my video too.
Any look in particular you recommend from MB

Thanks again
Paul

Hey that looks great Oyvind! Thanks for posting. What bitrate/codec did you use for flash encoding? It's some of the best flv I've seen anywhere.

Cheers

Great job! I tried the EX last week and found handheld difficult due to the weight distribution. I think the Letus will make it even harder to hand held.

I'm just using the 15cm extra rods on the back and putting them on my shoulder. Not very comfy but works great for me.. If you want you can just mount a pillow to it :)
