Cinema Matrix at DVinfo.net

I'm wondring if anyone has any comments about or has used the Matrix setting: Cinema? Not quite sure what I think of it.

too grainy for me. I'd rather add the 'look' in post - clean.

As far as I remember the cinema matrix add some desaturation, especialy in the reds.
Il all depends on the look you want to give, but the EX1 is almost already desaturated even without a matrix.

There is no real answer : try it :)

I've tried it and it didn't work for me. Wondered if consensus was that it was a gimmick or if it had real value.
