How are you mounting wireless receivers?
Is there a bracket or mount for 2 Lectosonics receivers?

Warren,
I have never seen a bracket specifically made to carry 2 of anykind receivers BUT...I picked up a bracket on our favorite online auction site for $25.00 that works just great with my 150/170 and I'm sure would work with the EX1. It is very similar in design to the BEC bracket, which unlike the Bracket1 piece, puts the receiver to the rear of the camera on the right hand side. Now to carry 2, simply use 1 of 2 things. Either velcro the receiver to the bracket and then do the same with the 2nd receiver to the first OR BEC has cups or receiver holders which can be velcro'd or screwed to the bracket and then the 2nd on can be screwed to the first. I used these for my previous audio systems with my full sized cameras and it worked great. 2 receivers, no waiting;-) Here's the thing though, IF you plan on doing any handheld work I hope you have a very strong right forearm becaue the additional weight of the receivers can get to you very quickly although the Lectros are pretty lightweight it can still get heavy pretty quick. I use the bracket on my 170 right now with my AT dual receiver and use the receiver bracket from my DVMultirig which I bolted to the bracket and it works just fine. HTHs Don |
