I just want to monitor out my XDCAM footage on an external monitor, like a PVM-14L5 (through HD component). Has anybody had success with this card for XDCAM footage (specifically 24p or 30p)?

Yes, i also have that wonderful monitor and that card through component, no problem. You will see 24p and 30p as 60i.
