Hi Joel,
If you're outputting it as progressive frames, then no, this setting won't be used (e.g., going from 1080p30 to HD 1080p30). But, if you're downconverting to interlaced, then you need to specify the frame order for it to play back correctly. Brent |

every SD dvd must be interlaced?? in order to play back better?

Phleeeease, could someone (with sufficient knowledge) post a workflow (in steps) of down converting form HD to SD and then sending to SD DVD. The more I read about it the more confusing it gets!
I think this is one of the greatest concerns living in a transitional face. A lot of us will be shooting HD and down converting to SD and then to SC DVD. Any input would be greatly appreciated. |
