Hi All
Is anyone using sony xdcam tranfer and fcp? I am having trouble importing clips. I see my cards on the desk top but XDcam is not allowing me to import. Thanks, Aldo |

XDCAM transfer 2.1, FCP 6.0.2 on an ancient G5 dual 2.3GHz and it works just fine for me.
I hook up EX1 to G5 via USB and it's good to go. I've also dropped the BPAV on to hard drive and that works too once I use the ADD feature. You're seeing the cards on the desktop how . . . in Finder or in XDCAM transfer tool. |

Thanks Craig
I see the cards as a device on the desk top untitled. I was able to import into xdcam transfer and convert to .mov for FCP at one point but that is not working for me now for some reason. XDcam transfer has not been able to recognize the BPAV files ( straight transfer ) either. for some reason and never has. I am using version 2.1. Thanks for the reply and I'm it's working for you. It at least lets me know it should work. I am using an imac intel with OSX 10.4.11. Aldo |
