Slow mo shots are 720p24 overcranked to 60
Other shots were at 1080p30 downrezed in Final Cut Pro to the 720p24 timeline which is not ideal.

In most cases shutter is off. Picture Profile is off. I might try shooting slo mo with higher shutter speed to decrease motion blur. I might try creating a PP that really pushes the saturation.

Nope. Focus on Manual (as opposed to full manual). If you're seeing the faces go into/out of focus on the Carousel it's because the depth of field was that shallow. I believe I was shooting at F1.9 at that point.
