clips split onto two cards...are they importing?
they seem to have .smi instead of .mp4 but they don't seem to show up on my import folder even though xdcam transfer seems to go through the motions of transfering them...
on the disc itself it still has a .mp4 wrapper but when it comes up in transfer it says .smi and it is definately not being converted. This is not good. Please help! |

they play fine in both the browser and transfer utility but I cant import them as the import is greyed out. This is a real problem as one of the clips is a 14 minute interview!

i have found a temporary fix. i put an in and out just before the end and import a subclip. this works but i could really do with finding out what the procedure is for stuff that is "media spanning"
