So the remote just resets only one camera or you can't reset the timecode at all from the remote?
That's really disappointing.
Did you try to control the two cameras' other functions with the same remote?

Just to make things clear. You can use one remote control to set multiple (two tested) cameras into free run and reset the time code so they are in sync.
