Boy that's the truth. Moire city on the Canon. XH looked harsh. The EX1 looked smoother to me. Based on what I've read. Z1U: 540 line Horizontal resolution. HD 100: 700ish Horizontal resolution. XH: 800 line Horizontal resolution. EX1: 1000 line Horizontal resolution. I'll point out the fact that you get what you pay for. More $ = more rez. I'm sure we'll have to see more test/shootouts in the future.

Keep in mind that the 1000 lines is based on shooting 1080i according to the literature.
