quality of high speed on F55
Will the F55 at 240fps and internally 180fps XAVC deliver significant better image quality than the FS700 at similar frame rates?

We don't know for sure yet. My guess would be that it will be better. You'll be able to record continuously for starters and the raw should be better than the FS700's compressed.

I am especially interested in the XAVC 180 fps. With the FS700 the quality of high speed at 120 or 240 fps is reasonable, but not as good as with normal frame rates. Much noisier to start with. Looking forward to some tests of first F55 owners.

You will have to wait awhile for those tests since it will be a number of months before high frame rates are implemented.
