I came across this - looks a very promising 'easy on easy off ' design with magnifier if required

That looks a lot like what we already available here in the states from HoodMan USA.

Same type of idea, but more readily available and affordable for us here in the states as opposed to ordering from a company overseas. Most US photo retailers carry HoodMan products at this point.
