Great Mack Repair Experience
I just wanted to take a moment to tell everyone that I had to use my MACK warrenty for the first time and it was great. All I had to pay is shipping.
Service was fast, turn around time was about 4 weeks. Thanks Joe

Mack Warranty
I, too, had a great first experience sending my camcorder (Sony PD 170) to Mack Camera for repair. They fixed everything that needed repairing (a faulty firewire port and a sound problem that resulted in audio dropouts) and all I paid for was the shipping. Although they told me on the phone that it could take 4-5 weeks for the repairs, I had the camera back within a week! Great service!
