Windscreen blocking lens?
I bought a Rycote 18cm windscreen for a Senn ME66. But it protrudes far enough that it shows in my PD-170's lens. Can anyone recommend an adapter or some other solution? I've already tried pushing the mic as far back as possible.

LOL, thats a classic problem with the existing Sony mount and the Senheiser---I bought an ENG mount for my PD-150 and not only did it solve the problem, but it did a better job at isolating the mic. THere might be some less expensive alternatives out there but I am unaware of them. I bought mine at B&H

Rycote sell a shoe adapter for the Softie and I use that in my VX2k's shoe. Even with a 0.5x w'angle converter in place it doesn't show up.
