First short shot on VX2100
Well, been shooting and cutting some stuff since getting my baby on Thursday, and here's the result! A little video against The Birthday Massacre's Black...I've always paired the music up with childhood memories...Hunting for fairies at the bottom of a garden. So the basic premise of the short revolves around a park that has been long abandoned by children, but when nightfalls, others come out to play. Don't expect any fancy effects, there's only one shot...And it's at the end :D
This has been compressed to VCD (10megs) so it doesn't really do the quality of the camera justice, but I'm very, very happy with it's uncompressed look. Enjoy :D http://download.yousendit.com/4942374651241E34 |

Music makes the piece.
BTW try compressing with WM9 or H.264. You'll get much better quality at much lower data rates/file sizes than MPEG1. It'll show off the camera more. At the data rate you used with the above codecs you could go 640x480. Glad to see you're having creative fun with the camera. |

The music DEFINITELY makes the piece! Without it, it's just a park...But hearing that music you know there's something magical going on :P
