Sony Vegas question
when i "render as" (export) my timeline to .AVI, it comes up as two file extensions, .avi for the video and .sfl for the audio, is there any setting or adjustment i can make to create one single file that can be compatible back into adobe premiere?

Are you sure the sfl file is a sound file? I though that was some sort of reference file for the avi file. I use Sony Movie Studio +DVD Platinum, and haven't noticed that as an issue.
