Producing the same color for 2 camera's (Sony PD170 & Sony DSR-390)
Hi,
My father and I own and operate a Videography business in South Florida. We use the following cameras: Sony DSR-390 Sony DSR PD170 However, our main trouble lies in getting both cameras to shoot it the same color. How would we go about setting the cameras, to produce the same or similar colors? Thank You, Warmest Regards, Stanley *We have two projects this weekend. In turn, quick replies would be very much appreciated. |

I run a 150 & 300 together. I find that outdoors, both look about the same. Indoors, in poor lighting is another thing. The 150 is more sensitive than the 300, a problem I don't thing your 170/390 exhibit. The 300 still delivers richer colors than the 150 and I cannot do a thing about that unless I want to degrade the 300's image quality.
Normally what I do is make them match in Post when the difference is really apparent.
