IR Light Opinions

Hello, I was hoping to get recent opinions on which IR light model works the best for night extended night vision? Two of the models I have been looking at ar the Sony HVL-IRM Nightshot Video Light

and the Sony HVL-IRH2

Thanks.

If it's for the 2100 forget it. The optics are filtered to actually stop IR affecting the chips.
