Re: Timestamp burn in setting help please.

Allen,
On the PD150/170 and DSR250 open the LCD press the MENU button. Scoll to ETC at the bottom of the menu. press the wheel to get into the menu scroll to the middle of that menu and you'll see DATE REC. Press the scroll wheel to to highlight that and then scroll the wheel to ON then press the wheel to lock it in scroll to RTN the then to the return arrow or simply press the MENU button again and you're all set.
HTHs and Merry Xmas

Re: Timestamp burn in setting help please.

Thanks!

I was on surveillance and did a battery change and the old memory battery has finally bit it I guess because I had to reset everything.

So in full panic mode I was redoing everything including the Rec Light and time and was insecure if I remembered the time stamp burn in setting. You put my mind at ease because I guessed it correctly.

I say panic mode because this is usually when the money shot steps out there and is missed. I got away with it this time.

You probably can't say, but I'm curious w/o getting into specifics what kind of surveilence you do? Spousal, criminal? Sounds exciting...
