Manual Iris Shift
Have just bought a PD-150 and noticed that in manual iris mode there is a shift in exposure when moving from a bright to dark subject.
Has anyone else experienced this or is there a setting you can adjust. Paul |

I am not familiar with yr camcorder, but what you describe is what happens if you are in iris priority mode, and this is different from manual mode. You are still in "auto" but the iris setting remains fixed.

manual iris mode
ok, i suppose the question is how do i put the pd150 into full manual mode as opposed to "iris priority " mode.

hi Paul
check out dvinfo.net > vx2000 companion > user tips >pd150 manual iris It's a bit strange at first glance, but very logical if you've done that a couple of times. Hope this helps Margus |
