"Druthers" VX2100 PAL or NTSC ? ? ? ?
As I stated in an earlier thread, I am leaning towards an NTSC VX2100 because that is the region where I spend the most time. However, if there is a convincing reason to go with a PAL version, I will.
Really, PAL is daily life, and NTSC is for trips to Japan and the US one or two times a year. If the PAL version will output NTSC, clearly I will go for the PAL too. But, I can't find that out!!! thanks |

You have to purchase one or the other as Sony doesn't make AFAIK, a model that works in both. I'm fairly certain it is just a different set of firmware that makes the difference but they don't publish that information.
I believe there have been lots of discussions about the choice issues and you can find them with a Search.
