I posted the East Coast service center info some time ago. Here is the West coast info:
The Sony Service Center for Pro & prosumer camcorders and DV decks is located at 16795 Via Del Campo, Bldg 3-30A, San Diego, CA 92127. Best to call the Sony Service Center at 1-800-282-2848 and get a work order number first and then mail it in to that address.
