VX2000 Picture Area (frame)
Hello. I'm new to video and new to this forum. I have a Sony VX2000. I did a shoot today and realized that the actual recorded picture area (frame) is significantly larger than the visible picture area (as seen through both the viewfinder and the lcd screen). I couldn't find anything in the manual so I'm not sure if it's a setting issue, or if it's part of the camera's functionality.
I'd appreciate any info from people who use or have used this camera. thanks! |

Welcome Lisa! See my comments about the VX-2000 in another currently active thread, I think they will answer your question. http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/showthrea...threadid=31501

Lisa, it is, unfortunately, the way the beast is designed.
Welcome aboard.
