Progressive scan conversion

I would like to find a program for Sony prog scan footage which would convert the original (15/12.5 fps) AVI file into a 30/25fps one by frame interpollation. I tried this some time ago with 12.5 fps (pal) footage by taking only one frame out of two in my NLE timeline, rendered and slowed it down again in "Motion Perfect" which perfectly calculates the intermadiate frames. Quite good but time consuming...
