Tape Head Cleaner: Using Fuji Tapes
What tape head cleaner should I use for my VX-2100 if I use Fuji tapes? How often should I use it?

I don't think it matters what head cleaner you use. Panasonic and Sony both make them. I use a Sony butonly because it was a little cheaper at the time I bought it. Only time you should use a head cleaner is when you have a problem like head clogging or severe drop-outs. Otherwise, don't ever use it, or use it as little as possible. A head cleaner is abrasive on the heads and exacerbates wear.
Fuji makes good tapes. A lot of guys swear by them. Happy Shooting! Mark G

I ended up getting a Sony tape cleaner. I went and bought a Lowepro MiniTrekker Classic backpack and bought it while I was shopping. I figured buy it now so when i do need it, i won't be going crazy trying to find one.
