telephoto lens for pd150
Is there a telephoto lens for the pd150 that doesn't have a vignetting problem for close-ups?

You might want to look at Century Optics. Money but a great piece of glass.

Not sure, I don't have the telephoto but do have the .65WA. I'm only suggesting Century because of the quality of the product. I thought there were samples on their website to show what the lens attachment could do. (they might not be there anymore)

I have a Century 2X telephoto lens on my VX2000 and get vignetting on close ups.
