sound settings

What setting should I use for sound?
Is 48k the correct setting if I'm editing to dvd?

Yes, 48K is standard for DVD. Some cameras come set to 32K. This is so they can have another stereo channel used for in camera voice-over. However DVD does not directly support it.

only in one side

itīs ok listen in one side, with headphones conected to de camera?? why not stereo??

Try different headphones? Make sure plug is pushed in? Balance in sound menu?

Do you have an external mono microphone? That could be it.
