use memory sticks larger than 128 ?
Does the camera care if you use a bigger memory stick?
The manual says 128. |

If the manual says the max is 128 mb then I would go with that, better safe
than sorry. 128 MB should allow for a fair number of pictures at the resolution that camera is putting out. My 2 mega pixel canon digicam allows me to take around 130 pictures with my 128 MB CF card, it puts them out at 1600 x 1200 (at the highest quality setting).

Jim,
I am using a 256mb card with no probs. My understanding is that when Sony (or whoever the manufacturer is) go to print, they will state what the maximum is available at that time, as they wouldn't have had a chance to test any others. They guarantee what they have tested - at printing - will work. I have a digital camera, also states 128mb in manual - I am running a 500mb in it, no probs. |
