Open Water

While unfortunately I didn't get to see Open Water at the theatre, I purchased the DVD yesterday and found the film and enclosed features interesting. The film looks like it was shot with a PD170, and the water shots with a PDX10 in underwater housing. The water shots are a lot of the film, and the quality looked great on my tv. The producers discussed their decision to go to dv, and that was the driving force of the film before the story came to be. Their last film interestingly was shot on 35mm...
