Problem with CD website
Hi,
I'm trying to find out how to activate the O7Q FS700 recording option once I get it on Tuesday. I will only have that day to prep before our shoot starts wednesday so Im trying to do as much as I can prior. I registered myself on the Convergent Design website and tried to click on the Activate link. It comes up with a text "You do not have access to view this tab within the portal.". Ive tried on my Mac and PC and the same thing happens. On PC chrome I get a SQL exception error though... So looks like somethings amiss? Sami |

Did you try deleting your cache and cookies and restarting your browser? It works fine for me.
