70-200mm Lens
I used a Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM last week... and it was wonderful.
I read there could be a new Sony 70-200mm f/2.8 G Alpha A-Mount Telephoto Zoom Lens released soon. Is this true? I'm thinking of getting a Sony 70-200mm to use with my LA-EA2 Mount Adaptor. Can anyone confirm the auto focus and one push auto iris functions will work with this lens? Has anyone compared the Canon with the Sony? Re: 70-200mm Lens
be careful when you want to use LAEA2 adaptor, the adaptor extend out at the bottom. You may find it difficult to mount the tripod plate.
I use FS100, i need to mount the quick release plate at the very end, then it will make the camera's weight all at the front. |

Re: 70-200mm Lens
My FS700 is mounted on a raiser and rails, so I've had no problems using the LAEA2 adaptor.
I distribute the weight by siding my IDX battery forwards or backwards on the rails. Bill Kerrigan DOP, director, teacher Montreal, Quebec, Canada http://www.kerrigan.ca http://indiecameras.com |
