Best tripod under $2000 for FS700?
Best tripod for under $2000 for FS700 with kit lens, sometimes a canon 24-70mm lens, 7" monitor and wireless mic and shot gun all on top?
Needs to be carbon fiber and very smooth - can't seem to order the Sachtler fsb 6T from anyone now so asking if there's any good alternatives? Actually Cartoni F128 FocusHD Carbon Fiber Tripod System looks good Thanks K Last edited by Kent Beeson; March 22nd, 2013 at 12:05 PM. |

Take a look at the Miller Solo. I have 2 of them and they are light rugged and very smooth even in the extreme cold. The oldest one is more than 10 years old now and still in very good shape.

Too late but I have a Miller Solo (4 stage 100mm) and a cartoni focus head. It's a good combo. I really like the Miller sticks. The cartoni is good, but I don't love it. I'll keep the sticks forever but am always on the lookout for a replacement head for the heavy cartoni.
