lag time?
Hi
FS700 have any lag time on a HDMI 7" monitor (in my case might get the iKan D7) when shooting either normal speed 24p or high speed 240fps? And lastly, where best to mount the monitor if have a wireless receiver on handle? (I don't yet have the 700 nor the D7, just doing research at the moment) and in fact Anyone have the D7 | 7" 3G-SDI LCD Monitor w/ IPS Panel and how good is it? Any issues? Re: lag time?
Hi Kent. There appears to be a 2-3 frame delay with the HDMI. As Mr Chapman suggests, there are numerous threads on this subject. In terms of 'Attaching' the 7" display to the cam, I reckon your best bet is to bolt it to the rig. I use a Tilta setup with mine. It's good value, and surprisingly well engineered.
Best of luck. |
