Like a BOSS.....
Sorry for the crappy iPad pics but....
Can anyone tell what this rare lens is? Just a beast....in a nice way. I'm doing up a review for my blog soon at www.gforcevideo.com Just wondering if anyone else has this lens or can guess what it is. I had never heard of it before, although I will freely admit to not being a stills guy or DSLR video shooter so perhaps that explains my ignorance.... |

I think is the old Tamron 28-105mm f2.8 lens with the LA-EA1 adapter.

Wow first guess....I'm actually using the Metabones adapter, but yeah you got it.
I'd never heard of a 28-105 constant 2.8. I knew about the 17-50, the 24-70, the 70-200, the 50-150, but didn't know there was a 28-105 constant 2.8. Of course, as I said, I don't know much about still lenses so it may be that everyone except me already knew about this lens. |
