I'm trying to help out a colleague who filmed a legal deposition with this camera. Footage needs to be time stamped but the software we use only works with DV footage. Is there a way to transfer the video to dv and keep the embedded timecode? For future reference does the camera have the ability to film with the timecode visible on the original footage?

Re: timestamp
Can someone explain how to produce footage with embedded time stamp with the FS 100. Bill Kerrigan says it's possible, but no explanation is provided. Thanks for your help!
